This letter serves to confirm that Musique Westgate purchased a copy of Unisoft POS/CD Manager in 1996. We are currently still using POS Manager for the day to day running of our business. Details of the functionality are as follows:

- Specialised stock control for music retail
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing, Cash Sales, Refunds
- Goods Received, Orders
- Extensive reporting on all transactions

The purchase of POS Manager has enabled us to minimise stock exposure, by employing a 'just in time' stock holding approach. The program has enabled us to provide superior service to our clients by enabling us to track customer loyalty, and offer a customer rewards program. In short Unisoft POS Manager has made our business substantially more efficient.

Any bugs or enhancements have always been attended to quickly and with a good standard of workmanship. The fact that we are still using the program indicates that it is a good product, and that we have a good relationship with the Vendor.
