With over 20 Years experience in the Information Technology Industry, Leonard has been involved in a large number of IT projects at various different levels.
Starting out as a COBOL programmer in 1983, Leonard soon learned that programming is an art, just like music, that can be mastered with the right mentor and lots of practice.
Leonard has been fortunate enough to have had many good mentors and lots of practice at writing software.
This knowledge that he has learned over the years has been applied in the many systems he has designed.
Leonard strives to excel at what he does, and believes that if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing it right the first time.
He is able to understand the complexities of technology, and yet make the solutions easy to use and understand.
